"Our first time at this hotel and loved our Junior Suite and liked the more boutique style hotel. Staff were awesome! Location of hotel was the best with the beach across the street and the view of Diamond Head and ocean was absolutely wonderful. We stayed a week and had a mini fridge, microwave, and small sink. I wish the hotel would provide paper towels, drink glasses, utensils and kitchen towels. It’s a bit noisy as sound carries from the beach and traffic noises from motorcycles running...

"I particularly like the fact that it was in a central area to get to the freeway to go anywhere on the island and you're not stuck in Waikiki. It's good to be away from all that sometimes. Don Quiote is the best also! Its within walking distance and convenient and has everything! There were other shops within walking distance and places to eat. Convenient!"

"No elevator on park wing as we were on third floor. Carpet dirty and afraid to walk on it. Smelled like mildew but diminished somewhat. Unable to get through to room service for one night as we had a long day and wanted to stay in do had to order Uber eats. Some staff that were young and inexperienced could have been more professional but some were very good. What we loved the most is location with less crowds. They just need to reinvest in updating rooms. Also never received all the amenities...
