It was a nice hotel with a beautiful front lobby and a very nice breakfast in the morning. We also really enjoyed our room layout. Having a door to the bedroom area is perfect to give it a more home-like vibe.

Staff were the highlight, our room was comfortable, kitchen worked. Our neighbors were noisy and the outdoor patio/grill area was below our room and people stayed out past 3am making noise. But staff were fantastic.

The rooms need to be remodeled. Looking old and needed TLC. We never had our room cleaned our first night, was cleaned the following day. So, had to go ask for more towels. We were put in accessible room but did not need it. So water would get all over floor. Parking was dark no lights in the back next to our room. There was so many people eating breakfast on Sunday morning there was no place to eat and breakfast was not great. Staff were friendly and responded quickly.

Missed my flight
I had asked a ride to go to the airport when I arrived. I came down just before at the time that had been specified time, which was 4:30. The clerk said that it was 431. The clerk told us we were supposed to arrive five minutes early. She asked whether or not I had been been advised to arrive five minutes early. I had not been advised of that and I was waiting in my room until just before the agreed to time Consequently, I missed my flight. This is horrible service. If you’re going to provide a shuttle, you should make sure the shuttle is available and call the room if someone is missing.
