"It’s an extremely run down hotel. 80% of outdoor furniture are broken or rotted. So many safety hazards. They accept visitors from outside to the beach where they can all take the best spots and hotel residents have no privileges staying in the property. If you love the look of their beach photos you might as well stay in buildings behind for half of the cost and use the beach."

"The location is amazing and the swimming area is beautiful. My room was excellent. Overall the stay was great. Two cons…. 1. They couldn’t organize my massage. Guy said he would come back and let me know and never did. 2. Huge tub in my room was cool looking but the hot water stops half way before filled. Overall, the hotel experience was great but wish I could say it was perfect. "

"The location of the hotel is superb. On the cliff , with wide sea views and directly across Greek island of Kastellorizo. There is direct access to sea swimming. The hotel is only 5 km from Kaş city center. If you drive, accessing it and parking could be challenging. The hotel staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic, the restaurant with the same great views and excellent food. Highly recommended."
