"Good location. Room is clean and spacious. Bed is firm and comfortable but the pillow is too soft for me. Soundproof walls but you can hear sounds from the corridor clearly through the door. "

"We had a great stay at Austria Trend Hotel. It's location opposite the train station was ideal, so that we didn't have to travel far with our bags. The walk into the old town was about 15 minutes, but there were also regular trams and buses, so it was easy to get around. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable. There was an issue with the water for one of the days we were there and the staff went above and beyond to mitigate the disruption to us. "

"If you are looking for a place to stay that feels like it's in the center of everything, this is not that place. The town is just a few minutes drive from the hotel, but you would defnitely need to drive there. This place is on a quiet hillside with beautiful views and clean Alpine air. It is run by a couple who are the loveliest people. The rooms are simple, yet comfy and have a balcony. The bar and the restaurant are fantastic and they give you more food than you could possibly eat. "

"If I could give zero starts for this place, I really would. The place smelled like if it was closed for 10 years and we were the first guest there. The bathrooms were filled with mold, spiderwebs and just not good. The whole environment of the place seem like it wasn’t prepared for our arrival. We requested a refund because for my mom that suffers from allergies this was a complete nightmare to stay in and had to find another place. We were told a refund would not be given to us and we lost our...
