"Excellent"

"Have stayed at the Royal Anne many times over the years. This time however, there had been some notably positive changes to the entire facility. Of singular particular note was the layout of the room: although straightforward and simple, there was particular care made to provide us with raised horizontal surfaces to put our open suitcases on. We didnt have to use the coffee table, the lounge chair, the dresser, the bed or heaven forbid the floor, to access our luggage. This may sound trivial,...

"The property is nice and close to the downtown. When we stayed the hot tub unfortunately wasn’t working. Otherwise the property is small but decent if you are looking to stay in the downtown area"

"The "good": The relatively "quiet" location & proximity to Kelowna General Hospital is a plus. The lobby area, grounds, and pools are well kept. The not-so-good: The Resort fee PLUS parking fee are ridiculous for a small Resort that is pretending to be a large resort in Hawaii or Vegas. Paying a blanket daily fee (plus taxes) for things that should be "pay-per-use", such as a half-hour wine tasting, Yoga, dance lessons, morning run, 1 hour kayak use is an insult to those of us that will NEVER...

"The inn had lots of parking, staff were polite, informative and quick. Liked there was eating right in parking lot. The only thing to complain about was road noise, but nothing can be done about that. So was a good stay."
