We were not informed that the property was undergoing management changes and the restaurant would not be open/fully running. We arrived late afternoon on a weekend for a gymnastics competition and by the time we were told the hotel restaurant was not in service all close restaurants were full. We had booked for convenience, so that was an unfortunate event. Room was loud and beds uncomfortable. Staff was kind and courteous, but it was not a good fit for an athlete needing good night's sleep and a quick meal before bed. Would not stay again without know facilities were updated and fully running.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Clear to me that they did not clean the room before we arrived. I booked this hotel for my two kids as a spot in between Boise and Seattle. We came for the pool and the hot tub, yet neither of them were open and were “under construction” the beds were very uncomfortable and so were the pillows. There was lots of random stuff under the beds including little kids shoes. Also lots of holes in the walls, tv was very small and the shower was horrible. There is only one shower curtain which resulted in the water to leak everywhere. Walls are also very thin so you could hear everything that happens outside your room. Woke up at 6am to very loud banging. The staff was not friendly at all and couldn’t even hold eye contact. The area around the hotel was cute cause it was right on the river. But would never stay here again and I don’t advise anyone to choose this hotel.

Its on an island. Dinning options limited to hotel and near by restaurant. Good food at both but might not be budget friendly. Expect hotel has great breakfast included with stay. Highly recommend.

The location is great, beautiful view of the Colombia River. Too many things were closed. The Crows Nest bar and restaurant, the pool, the hot tub, the sauna, all down for repairs. There should have been some sort of reduction on the high price of the room.

The property was a bit out dated and it was a problem that someone was smoking on our floor since it is a smoke free hotel. We let front desk staff know and they dealt with it.
