"It was a great stay on most levels, however one of the hotels’ several automated texts woke me at 7 am - after a late night this was very unwelcome as I wasn’t able to go back to sleep! My phone was on because I use the alarm and sleep music. Switch off Wi-Fi if you don’t want this to happen to you. "

Lounge & lobby decorated tastefully & evening lights pretty . Bathroom large for a London hotel & lifts for luggage . Will revisit ! "

"Very impressed with the attitude and helpful staff at The Copthorne- it’s very difficult during COVID but Peter and Toni do their best to ensure everything available is explained fully and keep a smile on their face throughout! All the staff were very very pleasant and the hotel might require an update after the covid recovery but it’s very clean warm comfortable and value for money Thank you "
