Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. "Overall property and rooms were clean. Room and bathroom sizes are large. Carpets are clean but old . They could be replaced with hardwood or other materials. Otherwise excellent place to stay"

"It was a great stay. Everyone on staff was extremely helpful and full of information to enhance our experience and make our stay one of most memorable stays of our trip. A couple things to note from a women’s prospective would be to make a hair and makeup vanity with power outlet and chair in every room.
