"I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning. About 5 mins walk to Moana. We arrived 6am and the staff allowed us to use the washroom to freshen up and leave our luggage at the reception counter. It's safe ya to leave your luggage there. "The property ia away from Sapa central avoid all the noises, you can walk to Sapa central in 10min from Kk Sapa 15 floor, turn left on Muong Hoa street. The staffs help to book tickets online for Fansipan attractions and taxi. They are very friendly. I recommend to eat in their restaurant, the place very clean and spacious, price is the same in downtown Sapa. Try their combo offers."

"This is the best property to stay.its budget friendly, staffs are really very nice and cleaness is upto the mark. The location is very good, you can visit the tourist attraction with in 15 min. Sapa plaza is 5-10min walk. I just loved this place and everyrhing was so perfect. They allow to keep luggage, as we had late night bus. In the room we had a welcome note, postcard . I definitely recommend this place. "
