She is prompt and very personable. I strongly suggest that it be made clear on hotels.com that this property requires an appointment in order to enter the premises. "I did not have any problems with my stay it was nice and quiet area I did have some plumbing issues but they were able to move me to another room the place is not bad could do with some renovations and provide breakfast or food service in general I had to go elsewhere to eat but overall not a bad stay. "

"Loved the property. It was a huge unit. Very quiet. Great view of the mountains! Great location for people coming to us and for our heading out to see and do. Thasheca was amazing. Cannot day enough great things about this place. It will be our go to place for Kingston trips on future."
