"First time visiting this hotel and I got impressed. The hotel is convenient located in the old city of Mardin. The staff is very helpful. The offers a dinner and a love show with an extra charge. "I had so much hope for this hotel but ended super disappointed and somewhat cheated. The property is a historical one and I love those places. The building is beautiful. Upon arrival we were taken to our room which is not like the one pictured when you choose the room at the expedia website, in fact all the rooms you choose show the same picture so keep in mind there is a big chance that you are not getting that room. I though “ok is not that bad” it was 3 floors down going with luggage...

"Öncelikle çalışan personele teşekkür etmek isterim cok ilgiliydiler ve bize cok yardımcı oldular. Odalar gerçekten cok küçüktü ailece kalmak için uygun değil ama çift olarak gittiğimiz için bize yeterliydi. "Odaya girdiğinizde o tarihin kokusunu alabilirsiniz. İlgi alakadan çok memnun kaldık, otel sahibi bizi çok iyi karşıladı çok teşekkür ederiz. Odamız tertemizdi, klima var ama zaten oda aşırı sıcaklarda bile çok serin oluyor. Mardin ayaklarınızın altında, terasında kahvenizi keyifle için. "

"A notre arrivée sur place, réservations annulées !(3 nuitées).
