I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area so have a good basis of comparison. This hotel wildly surpassed my expectations both for its quality and price point. Excellent value! "The property is beautiful and if you want a peaceful rest this is the place to visit. If you come with children they have plenty of places to just run around, and a great play room. Just make sure you make a reservation for dinner at the restaurant, as they remind you every night, otherwise you won't be served. They do have a very fast room service though. "

"Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too. "

""Unique" was idea to pay extra for swimming pool using. For the first time in my life receptionist try to charge me (hotel guest) for usage hotel property. I have a long and difficult day, traveling from Chicago to the Czech Republic 10,5 hours flight to Istanbul, 6,5hours stop, 2,5 flight to Prague. I rented a car and have 2,5 hours drive to the hotel. I tried rest and relax. Unfortunately a very rude receptionist mentioned I can't use hot tub which was included but there was a "private party" at the moment probably even for outside people I would expect refund but not from arrogant shameless people.
