"Helpful staff, good breakfast, fresh coffee or chocolate with breakfast, clean rooms and facilities, convenient to everything, close to train station, enjoyed dinner. Difficulty in walking up to 4th floor location of bedroom. Had to go to 3rd floor to shower. Will be happy to return but make sure to stay on 3rd floor. "

"Check-in with the machine can be a bit tricky but help-line is always very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. Decent bathroom. You should spend time in the balcony…. The view of the valley and mountains is literally breathtaking. You can use your Swiss Travel Pass for most of the bus route. Public bus service is as useful as in Switzerland. "
