"Sonnetta Residency is a homestay located in the heart of Fort Kochi district in Princess St. It is in easy walking distance to the foreshore and Chinese nets as well as the ferry service. Breakfast is included in the price but other meals are unavailable, however there are many very good and reasonably priced restaurants in walking distance in Princess St, Rose St and others. It was nice to be able to try so many. I suggest A/C room as it can get quite hot. The owner and staff are very friendly...

"Abin at Reception was very attentive and helpful. He provided excellent service for his customer. Room was very clean. I was very pleased they didn't have cushions and bed runners on the pillows and bed because they are usually dirty and don't get gchanged / washed after every guests. Please provide tissues or serviettes in bedroom. "

"Fantastic stay, especially as our first stop in India! We stayed for a whole week to have time to catch up on work and still explore, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. Staying for a whole week meant we also got a full room clean halfway through our stay which was lovely! Friendly and helpful family, laundry service (for a good price), chance to chat with other guests at breakfast, great walkable location. The family helped us organise tours - a backwater boat trip and Kathakali and both...
