"The property manager was so unprofessional. Although I had a reservation for a day, they didn’t have any room available for my stay. I was completely stranded at midnight and was forced to leave the premises against my will. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience. "

"Australian family with 8 and 11 yr olds. A very mixed experience with staff hence that part of the review: Naturalist guide Abilash and birding was amAzing. Guest relations manager very attentive. Restaurant staff borderline unfriendly. Lots of miscommunication from bookings person that led to a lot of avoidable stress and triple check if they have availbility during peak times even if Expedia says they have plenty of tents avail.
