"We stayed two weeks and I wish we could have stayed longer. Super clean, gorgeous location, 24/7 front desk service, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone greeted us with smiles for the entire stay and were so kind and thoughtful. Aster was fantastic and such a joy to chat with. We really appreciated all her tips and suggestions. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious too. This was the highlight of my year and I will really this place and the team. Thank you so much! "

"This hotel is a beautiful oasis nearby the insanity of Chaweng. Quiet, relaxing, and luxurious - yet close enough to the parties & nightlife that you can walk. Fantastic beach & pool area, tasty breakfast buffet with both Western and Asian options and best of all, the jetted jacuzzi tub on the balcony. Highly recommend- I will definitely stay again on my next trip to Samui. Central location is a 15 min Grab or taxi ride from temples & fisherman’s village, for days you want something different...

"I liked the room except it seemed to only be cleaned once every stay. Towels where changes every 2 days and bed sheet were not changes for the 4 nights I stayed. The biggest problem was the cocktail bar music volume, I had no problem with music all night but the volume was stupid! It was like everyone was on drugs in the bar with the staff. Shame as this property was really nice and could be so much better if not run by drug dependent staff."

"Our overall stay was not bad. The room was spacious, clean and had all the things required. Staff was available immediately when we messaged them. Areas around the hotel do need some renovations but if you’re there just for the room it’s not bad at all. Unfortunately, breakfast was not great. I would save the money not get breakfast included and just go out to eat at one of the many great restaurants. There’s a coffee shop called Shade at walking distance. "Big pool, beach access, however resort feel like being in Marbella. Room floorboards were coming up, AC leaking (despite being told it was fixed), laundry came back dirty and staff acted like they were doing us a favour by removing the charge. Porters were very friendly and helpful. "
