Only downside was we were behind reception, next to the carpark, bar and stairs. So some disturbance from noise and not able to leave the window open so the room was warm. "We got a call on our way there to check all was OK. When we arrived we were checked in super-efficiently and with great understanding that we were really tired. We were asked for dietary requirements so that we had suitable food for breakfast, which were there just as requested next morning. "Amazing 5 Star hotel outside of Prague! Customer service was top notch. The morning continental breakfast was excellent. The history of the renovation of this chateau is very interesting. It is exquisitely redone from layout to furnishings. Mcely is a town of about 200 people so there is nothing to do outside of the Chateau besides take a walk. We stayed for two nights and would have grown stir crazy any longer. There was an extensive list of spa services. Quality of the services provided was...
