"It’s everything you want when visiting Japan for business or vacation. It’s modern, clean, safe, affordable, and small. Plenty to do in the heart of Yokohama a few steps out of the hotel, so who needs a large room? The large public bath was a huge bonus! The TV in your room will show you how crowded it is, but even when it’s reported to be super crowded, there’s still plenty of space for everyone to relax peacefully. You’ll find better and less expensive restaurants within walking distance. I give APA five stars for rejuvenating me every night, so I’m ready for another fun day in beautiful Yokohama!"

"Great hotel. Beautiful lobby and Great restaurant. The breakfast buffet was amazing great selection of East and West dishes. Dinner was also delicious. The hotel is a little far from main attractions but there’s a train station a few blocks away. Close to Odaiba shopping mall. Our room felt tight since we had four twin beds. I am sure if it was for 2 people two full beds would be perfect. Shower was wonderful. Overall we love the Hotel. We will stay here again. "

"The Keio Plaza is located in an excellent walkable area, beatiful neighborhood, and also close to shopping and dinning area. The personal and staff at the hotel are super nice, excelent service, excelent breakfast and service in the dining areas and in all areas. I loved the stay in this hotel, also very convinience to take the tour bus, and the limosine bus to the airports."
