"This review is for ARCOTEL Donauzentrum. Had a booking with Kaiserwasser but they could not accommodate due to a technical error. They were nice enough to transfer the registration to thei other hotel. Rooms clean. Good bed and shower. Good breakfast. Very close to Metro station. "Staff super helpful (I had a noisy neighbour which was dealt with immediately). Asked for ice and received it. Rooms use keys not cards which is a bit old fashioned but works - only downside is the heavy doors banging shut. Walls pretty thin so guest noise unavoidable but no outside street noise at all. Room was great - decent size and everything worked well including the wifi. Tv location was odd - sort of in a corner so you could not sit and watch directly - only at an angle. May be different...
