"the only concern I have is the service at the chinese dessert lounge. the service was not really up to standard. I could see all waiting staff were quite busy, covering a large service area, but they all walked with eyes looking straight ahead, ignoring guests trying to get their attention. It took more than 15 mins before we got service after sitting down and having hard time to get someone to give us the bill. Other than this, very satisfy with my stay."

"Overall great hotel. The rooms are new and clean. The lobby is extremely small so you have to go through people to get to the elevators (not really convenient if you have lots of luggage). Staff and cleaning staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The area around the hotel can be quite seedy at night. Despite, these small issues we would stay again as a layover."
