"smoky smelling saturated in room with poor conditioning, sometime sultry it surprised friend and I when we just checked in, a male staff try to enter room without knocking the door asking for room cleaning with no prior request for that don't know why the lighting in front door keep on flashing yet, cleanliness is good"

"The highlight of the property was the service. Front desk staff and housekeeping was amazing and helpful. Everyone was very kind. The rooms were clean but somewhat dated. Hotel was very walkable and subway access was very easy. Good food options nearby. Very busy part of town but hotel was quiet. Enjoyed the water dispensing fountain. Would stay here again for the service and location."

"I don't feel that safe because the elevator is outside other people beside the hotel guests can get in easily The new shower without the shower door is not a good idea"

"I have known this hotel and stayed here a few times before during some of my trips to Hong Kong between 2006 and 2016. Since my first stay here, I’ve grown to love this hotel over the course my teenage development years whenever I came to Hong Kong. The King Room I had felt very homely and the bedding was comfortable. Waking up to the views of Victoria Harbor and Hong Kong Island every morning was indeed a real treat, as was having breakfast and canapés in the Horizon Club Lounge while enjoying...
