The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay even better. "The manager was on property and would always ask if everything was okay each time he saw you. I felt he genuinely cared about his guests experience. However the staff communication through Line was hit or miss. The property was older but well maintained. The property was away from Ao Nang Beach but offered a free shuttle there where there was plenty of shopping and restaurants. We had a private pool villa. The pool was great.
