"The check in staff and restaurant staff were excellent. House cleaning for the room checked one day regarding cleaning. We didnt need anything that day, but the following day would have been nice since i did post clean room two days in a row. Food in the restaurant was very good. Easy walk to the beach. Parking was cramped "

"Hotel is next to the port terminal and railway, so even in the night hours there are noises every once in a while. Would suggest bringing earplugs if that is a big issue. Hotel overall is very nice and clean. We are very pleased with our stay! "

"We had a delightful stay at this hotel in Palanga. The location is conveniently situated a short 10-minute drive from the city center, perfect for beach outings or enjoying walks and bike rides. The rooms are exceptionally clean and feature comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the saunas and pool. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We would definitely choose to stay here again. "

"We stayed at the property for one night and overall had a good experience however the amenities did not meet the 4 star hotel expectations. Staff were great, location is beautiful, room was spacious and quiet however the hair dryer was barely working and the hotel did not have hair conditioner in the room or spa area. For a 4 star hotel experience you would expect this to be available at least in the spa. When we asked the reception if there is any hair conditioner in the building we were told...

"Being right on the strip, the noise of a night time was terrible from the nightlife and the shipworks that were going on, sleeping was a challenge. Checking in was very difficult without phoning ahead first, and even then our check in instructions were sent to a wrong number. Stayed for 7 nights but didn't once see the cleaner to get our towels and toilet rolls replaced, had to buy our own. The location was perfect though as we are a young couple and really enjoyed visiting the bars right on...
