"Don’t bother looking to stay anywhere else than the Hotel Central when visiting Luzern; it’s conveniently situated a short walk from both the station and Old Town. The staff were all delightful and went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The generous and delicious breakfasts were a great start to the day and it was great to be able to enjoy complimentary (good) coffee at any time. The rooms were perfectly comfortable and very clean - all in all our visit...

"The hotel provided great service, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. We were out all day but would probably have liked to have a lounge to sit in altogether in the hotel in the evening. The restaurant connected to the reception was closed. It was a good area linked by a short walk to the centre and the old town with a main bus route to the station and also to the Pilatus cable car at Kriens less than 5 minutes walk from the front door. Staff were great."

"The location was great. Near the train station. The place is clean and staff were helpful. The issue I have is the Wifi and the smell of smoke as you enter the lobby and thus go to the hallway. Fortunately it doesn’t go through the room"
