"The location was very good, all staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very close to Petronas Towers, just a short walk away. Hop on hop off bus was just around the corner, stop number 8, well worth a 2 day pass."

"Very old and smelly. Towels are demp and old. Bedding is fine and rooms are big though "

"The hotel must have been excellent once, it’s showing its age. My couch had rips in the leather, paint peeling in the halls. The breakfast buffet was amazing but the other in house restaurants were closed. The hotel is dry now, no notice that bar was closed. My bed and pillows were very comfortable but the A/C was on maximum everywhere using lots of energy and making the indoor spaces very cold."
