No one has dusted behind the TV in quite some time. I stayed for two weeks, but was only given 1 role of toilet paper and a meager amount of dish soap. "This property has no staff onsite. So you have no ability to leave luggage before check in or after checkout, so you have to use the lockers at the train station. Email on entry was confusing and required a call. I observed similar struggles with other guests. Checkin is all via keypad. Room was a nice size, had a kitchen, and sitting area (cushions were stained). Location to the train station was nice, but it is not bar any hot springs or other attractions. "

When I booked (one day before my planned check-in), the manager demanded to know at what time I was planning to check in. I was surprised but happily obliged and gave him/her the precise time (4 pm). Conveniently close to the Beppu station and main shops in a quiet street. The layout of the apartment is a little unusual, but not a problem. "Great hot springs, 1 Public sharing,g and 8 Private hot springs. No reservation is needed, it's first come first serve. Rooms are super clean, great location right in front of JR Beppu station. Great amenities and breakfast spread. There is nothing short in this hotel, service is great. I always stay Onyado Nono brand and it never disappoints. "

"We can’t thank the staff enough for their outstanding care during our stay! My husband sprained his ankle, and they went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable and well taken care of. From providing ice packs and extra pillows for support to assisting us with finding local medical care, their kindness and hospitality were truly remarkable. Every interaction with the staffs was met with genuine empathy and a willingness to help. This level of service made a challenging situation much easier to navigate. We highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional hospitality. "
