"This hotel is stunning. It sits on a lovely pond by the lake, with exquisite grounds and a gorgeous courtyard whose water feature is impressive by day or night. The lobby is enormous and austere, the spa delightful and the pool beautiful as well, though I'd recommend finding hours when it's less busy. "We asked for a refund because the air con was not working and we were not informed on check in. This was the case for the entire hotel ! They brought us fans but it was still stuffy and too hot to stay in. They wanted to keep half of our payment as we had already ‘used’ the room for 3 hours but we literally left our bags in the room and went out for a meal and came back to realise this problem. "Since the street's name and hotel number changed has changed (differ from hotels.com provided), it took us a bit of effort to fine it. The hotel is centrally located, right next to the city's main shopping area, with lots of small souvenir stoods on the street. a bit hard to access by car, but ok if 50m walking is acceptable. Like many European hotels, this hotel's lobby is cramped, room is small but clean. Value for money."
