SKIJAPAN operates the house and they are very professional. So if you wanna have a big ski/snowboard getaway in Japan this place is a good price for what you get! "

"Pros: The chalet and surrounding area were better than advertised. Right next to the ski lift and quite comfortable. Cons: Customer service was overwhelmed and made mistakes. Most frustrating was arriving at midnight to find ourselves unable to get into our room even after confirming twice the entry instructions the day prior. After 24 hours of travel, having to wait outside on a cold night until someone let us in was not fun. "
