"This hotel is very well-appointed with a helpful staff. The problem (hence 4 instead of 5 stars) is that it is like 2 hotels. The first night my room faced a major turnaround that has the constant (all night) noise of trams - it has a turnaround for them in addition to being along tram lines. If you want a quiet place to street you need to ask NOT to face this street. After a sleepless night I asked to change rooms and was put in a very quiet room facing the courtyard.
