"Grand entrance but the room was very small! No space for our suitcase and we had to lay them on the floor and jumped over them! Staff are friendly and taxi to the hotel from the airport only cost $30, not bad! My partner ordered a double espresso and it came very watery and horrible, costing $68 and it was served in a paper cup, how disappointing! "

"The complimentary hotel shuttle every 30 mins and luggage storage before check in and after check out was great. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the beds were comfy. Unfortunatley the pool was under maintanence during our stay but we were busy at Disney all day so didn't have much time for swimming. Disney was around a 10-15 min taxi ride away and cost around $30Aud. The closest shopping is Tung Chung Citygate for supplies."

The key card didn’t work 3 times in the 7 days I was there, annoying to go back down over 29 floors in a small cramped elevator to get it fixed then head back on that elevator. No help with taxi or tourist spots. No map available. You are basically on your own, which is fine, but a little help finding the nearest metro would have been nice. "The location is convenient, close by to transport & amenities. It's our 2nd stay here before it's rebranded with a scaled down service. They do not provide bottled water/teas, does come with kettle, mugs & fridge. It's no frills, clean, very compact but comfortable. Walls are pretty thin, you can hear your neighbours, but for the price point & the comfort, it's a give & take. However, on working days, just outside the hotel, leading to it's entrance, the floors will be oily or grimy due to the...
