The hotel is located steps away from Kyoto Station, so convenient! Having their in-house onsen was also quite a treat, especially for people who may not have the time to go to standalone ones elsewhere. They also offer free snacks throughout the day. The front desk staff are also quite friendly and helpful. I decided to extend my stay for 1 more night and was initially assigned to a bigger room that's pricier. Eventually, they informed me that I could stay in my original room and pay less. I appreciate that they looked after my budget and convenience. I would definitely stay here or their other properties again on my future visits to Japan.

The property is comfortable and well-maintained, the location is ideal for exploring Kyoto by train, the breakfast spread is fantastic, I loved the salmon! This hotel had so many amazing amenities like free ramen, free ice cream, free yakult. The rooms were incredibly spacious and the pajamas provided were very comfortable. Additionally, this hotel is across the street from Kyoto station which is a good place to be in order to reach all of Kyotos tourist attractions. Has every train possible including a train directly to kansai airport in case you are arriving/departing from Osaka!
