"It's a small and simple hotel but location is good. A lot of restaurants nearby and there's a money changer machine and MUFG ATM machines next to arashiyama line. Important is this money changer machine provides good rate for foreign currencies compare to other bank machines. Room size is not big but the twin room for two persons sharing is still quite OK to me. I choose the twin room without cleaning services but they will still provide you new clean towels everyday. "This property is conveniently located and affordable. The bed is hard and the room is small. But if you're like me and just need a safe place to rest at night then this is a great spot. It's easy walking distance to restaurants, attractions, and convenience stores. The train terminal was a 20 minute walk. The front desk staff were friendly. It is basic, but I would stay here again."

"The staff is friendly and they offer transportation to and from the train station when you arrive and check out. The rooms have a lot of space. The rooms need to be deep cleaned, there was a lot of mold and grime. The toilet room smells like a porta-potty 24/7, the AC does not work well and we woke up sweating multiple times a night. The bed had hair on it that was not ours and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. "
