"This is a 2-star motel (albeit it says Hotel). Great for a pitstop (and lower cost). However, the rooms, despite being smoke free, due to the doors opening to the outside, it is clear alot of smoke comes back in rooms, or guests "smoke" in the doorway. In my case, there were still glasses of water with cigarette butts by the street door, that smelled - and only adds to the problem with wanting to air out your room. The service was great... but the property is definitely in bad shape. And...

"The staff was very accommodating to our request to stay in the same room despite two separate reservations. We went for a hockey tournament and it would have been really nice to be able to access one of the multiple business meeting rooms that we not in use. We were willing to pay for their use, instead the staff chose to chase the players around the hotel. Would have been easier if we had the room to keep them contained in. "

De plus, il pourrait être très insécurisant pour une femme de constater que 2 chambres ont été louées à des hommes. Par souci de transparence je crois qu'il serait important d'aviser tous les chambreurs de la composition du logis. "
