"Wonderful place!!! Beautiful Volcano views and grounds are so colorful and immaculate!! Great service. Buffet breakfast was amazing and included. Loved restaurant, every dish was delicious. "The staff was amazing! They had a culture of service and exceeding expectations. When checking in, I wandered over to the concierge desk jokingly stating that “I wanted to see a sloth” The young lady suggested that they were most active in the morning by the main pool. Shortly after checking into our room I received a call from the same lady saying they know where there is one and offered to pick us up in the room and take us there. They did just that. "It’s hard picking a hotel when you’ve never been there but I’m so glad we picked this one!! The location is close to town. The pool, hot tub and bar was awesome! We watched monkeys from the pool. Everyone who works there is fantastic! We had a lot of fun with Alex at the pool bar. I’d definitely stay there again. "

It’s really hard to know which is the best when looking online, but we would say this is one of your best options if the following are considerations: 1) value - the cost vs value is certainly there. This is a very affordable yet very clean and comfortable hotel. We were very impressed. 2) Breakfast was included! Breakfast each morning was served. Eggs, Bacon, Pancakes and Fruits + Coffee and Juice. They were willing to accommodate/adjust the meal how you liked....

"This property is a beautiful oasis of luxury, very close to La Fortuna and many tours, adventures and hot springs. The staff are amazing, attentive and so helpful. This is a fantastic hotel, with Ana amazing view of the volcano, everything is modern and immaculate. We were very sad to leave! "
