"I must say that this hotel is definitely not a 5 star category. There is no air-conditioning in the lobby or the lifts. the staff were rude and not friendly at all. My partner and I wanted to see if we could arrange our wedding there and we were told the events manager will come and see us and never did at all. The rooms are dated and in need of updating. They claim to be a spa but they fail to tell you the spa is closed for 3 days of the week. so they need to take that out of the name. we...

"Good location south of the town and port areas. Could walk along the promenade both directions, so visited the natural park area too. Great little Spar shop across the road and plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance if required. Room clean and beds comfortable. Spacious lounge and kitchen area with plenty of facilities (although no kettle so boiled the water for a cuppa). Room temperature good. Guests generally not British.
