"This was only a one night stay before a cruise departing from Marseille. On arrival I was told nothing was booked and I was showing the receptionist/owner the confirmation from hotels.com. I had to ring Hotels.com that were EXCELLENT and contacted the hotel straight away and sorted this. This man was rude and not helpful treating me as an idiot who has never been on a hotel before.
