Our stay was great from start to finish. Check in was quick and staff was friendly. The lobby and common areas were very clean and nicely renovated. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's rest. The morning breakfast area was very clean and well stocked. Would stay again.

It was convenient and the staff answered any questions we had graciously. Housekeeping missed a few areas of cleaning for a 5 star so I gave them a 4. Overall very clean.

Stay was good and I would have given a much higher score had we not had to deal with their customer service department on the phone prior to checking in. We booked 2 rooms and needed to check one couple in before we arrived. As the booking was in my name and we were arriving later it sent the customer service team into meltdown. We were on the phone for over an hour and got cut off twice. The first 2 members were unable to understand and struggled to even sound awake enough to speak let alone deal with the request. Finally the 3rd person, Jimmy went above and beyond and sorted the problem out in minutes. He was fantastic and should be rewarded, he and Amanda (at the hotel) went above and beyond.
