"The room was very clean, and included a microwave & refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were chairs to sit outside, but they were dirty and the area around them was unkempt. Overall, a good value for the price."

"The hotel is great. Staff at reare great. They are building a hotel between the Hilton and casino... nousy and inconvenient. If you are planning to go to this hotel because of the casino, it is not the casino you remember. Hotel is great."

"We absolutely loved it! Yes, it's a bit older but the room decor was whimsical and fun. The room was clean, staff was excellent and polite every time we needed extra towels and bed sheets. Will definitely book again!! "

Quiet, clean, stunning interior and the innkeepers are knowledgeable about the history of the home and Dubuque IA. The breakfasts are cooked to perfection and always taste delicious! "When I first walked into the office it smelled clean and looked clean. Thats was a gear sign. Front desk was very kind. I went to my room and it smelled great. Itnlolke perfect. Im happy I stayed here. It was very cheap and better than any other place. I travel a lot. This place is a gem. I stayed at a different hotel last night and you couldnt pay me to sleep at that horrible place ever again. I will stay here every time I come to Dubuque now."
