"Our flight was cancelled so we decided on this hotel. We stayed for 3 days since the unexpected snowstorm crippled the area. It was very comfortable. The room was spacious. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the restaurant was delicious with great service. It made our cancelled flights tolerable especially since we had sb executive suite with a lovely breakfast and drinks with appetizers before dinner. Also the shuttle was very convenient. They picked us up at the airport and when we got a flight back they dropped us off at the airport.If we ever are in Charlotte again this is our hotel of choice"
