"The location is beautiful and understandable that it is in an ancient rainforest, however it doesn’t excuse the mould in some of the rooms or the hair that was clogging the sinks and showers. On arrival we decided to have lunch as they prepped our room, we found flies in our salads, not one but three. We had a 1.5 year old with us, so you can only imagine our shock when the room smelt of damp. They finally agreed to changing our room to only find more damp growing even on the pictures displayed...

"Service was great. Room was great. Ocean view on the beach. Front exterior of th ehotel is somewhat offputting but once you enter there is a great freindly atmosphere and the staff really are attentive to you. Cookies and fruit in your room everyday. Bar was friendly and breakfast was included."

"Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. We did have a few issues with the room but quickly sorted. We had 2 rooms with our teenage kids so were given interconnected rooms. Restaurants on site were lovely, but resort on your doorstep too. New pool wasn’t quite finished but the other pool was perfect and clean. Will use it as an excuse to go back."

"We had a pleasant stay for our Honeymoon at La Villa. Recommend the Villa with Private Pool for a nice relaxing getaway. Free shuttle service to Pantai Cenang which is great for meals and some light shopping. Staff are very helpful. "
