Out of 5 bulbs in the lamp lights, 1 was missing, 1 was burnt out, and a third was flickering. On the same night the WiFi in my room failed. I know it was on there end as using mobile data fixed the problem.

great value for being right in the middle of the LV strip. The hotel was very clean, room was comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful. will definitely stay here again in a future business trip to Vegas.

Didn't like that you couldn't walk on the casino for- even around the edges to get to restaurants without cigarette smoke engulfing you. Not everyone can breath through that!

Location was great on the strip, very convenient being right in the middle. Being connected to the Miracle Mile Mall was a nice added benefit.

When checking in we had reserved a King Bed and were told they did not have anymore. We were told if we wanted a king bed then we would need to upgrade and pay $100 extra per night. The rest of the stay was great but frustrating that we did not get what we reserved and then were told we needed to pay more to get what we reserved already.

When we arrived at 9pm, the hotel internet was down and there was a line up for check in all the way back to the front entrance. Standing for hrs and staff were bit courteous. That next day no wifi, manager told me to call provider and deal with it myself, i said sorry thats the hotels responsibility. She shrugged and did nothing. 2nd day they passed over our room for room cleaning, no towels etc, called front desk and they said oh well your in the request to have it cleaned. 3rd day staff were giving me attitude cause i asked about a charge to my room that was not right. Word if advice people, think hard before you choose Planet Hollywood

Not the best start when we arrived at the property after 24 hours of travelling, as the room we reserved wasn't available. Then to get a king room we wanted we had to pay another $100 a night. We were too tired to argue so we just paid it. Room was big with nice views but very dated, it was hard to find sections of the carpet in the original colour and the windows were very dirty. Room facility was only coffee machine and coffee, would be nice to have some tea bags. Around the hotel was very good with the mall and plenty of places for food. The prices in the bar on the casino floor are extreme, $13 for a bottle of beer. I doubt we would stay here again, our main issue of the hotel not having our reserved room available isn't right, we shouldn't have to pay extra money for the hotels mistake.

Planet Hollywood was a decent hotel. It was a spacious room with tub, but the lighting was very dim. One of the lamps had a tear in the cord and when I touched it to ensure it was plugged in, it shocked me so I unplugged it immediately. Other than that, it was a decent hotel.

The room was fine for the price and I will likely book again. However, I booked a single King room intentionally and got 2 queen bed room. There was chips all over the floor in the closet. The washrooms and bed were clean. Room was a good size. Also, my room was one of two rooms at the end of the hall behind a closed door - sort of like it's own private entrance. As a single woman travelling (which is clear in my booking) I didn't feel overly safe going into this closed but public hallway - just trusting that all the people booked in the party room (the other entrance accessed in this mini hall) were ok.
