"Needed a quick economical stay on my way from Illinois to New Jersey, and while the hotel is not the newest, the service was great and everything was very clean. With the great value, I didn’t have the best expectations, but was very pleasantly surprised."

"Where to begin. So many ppl were helpful & kind. When we arrived my nephew had dropped off a car seat for my grandson that was arriving the following day, the woman at check in was so very kind to let me know it was there behind the counter. She addressed me using Mrs. which I honestly felt like that was very professional/respectful. She was very kind. I gave her 2 gift cards to be applied to our stay and she mentioned Jesse is the auditor & the gift cards would be applied when Jesse arrives. I was nervous because ince I gave those to her, I had nothing to show I gave them to her. I went back the next day to ensure they were applied and Jesse was there. Jesse was awesome! He went above & way beyond the call of duty! He of course applied the gift cards, but went further by stating they have a snacking hour where snacks are out between certain hours. The day we arrived was popcorn & the next day was strawberry’s & pound cake. I told Jesse that we were leaving for the day to see family I had not seen in 6 years but my husband was having a surprise birthday party there. Jesse stated “I will save you some. Just ask Lisa when you return”. We returned fairly late that evening, pretty full from foods we had at party so didn’t go running to Lisa for pound cake. My daughters room key needed reset so she went to front desk to have it reset & came back with cake & strawberries! Now THAT is Great customer service that needs to be acknowledged! He was so very kind & appreciates customers!"

"This hotel and its staff were absolutely lovely. Very clean rooms and the bistro was delicious. The pool is small which wouldn’t have been a big deal, except that a group of baseball players were there throwing a football around the pool which made it impossible for anyone else to swim. But that was definitely more poor parenting than anything else. I wish the staff would have said something to them however. But other than that it was a very nice hotel. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Spread has dark large spots on it needs clean "

"This property went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We arrived early and even though it was a busy and no rooms were available for early check in, they still accommodated us the best they could with breakfast and use of the lobby. They were so nice, and our room was very clean. "
