"Had a 3 night stay exploring Launceston. We had a room on the 1st floor that overlooked the city and PennyRoyal fun park. It was lovely to have the views. The room was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, ie coffee, a selection of teas, bottled water and toiletries. We were able to park close to our room as part of the package. "We stayed in a spa room, at the back of the motel for one night. It had the usual amenities of a motel room, it was clean, quiet, reasonably large, comfortable and well maintained. Our room was up a flight of stairs, as were about half of them, not a problem for us. There was plenty of parking and it was a quick walk to the CBD, across from the park.
