"Hotel De Charme is a wonderful place to stay. Beautifully situated overlooking the lake and in the peaceful town of Laveno. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout. The room was very comfortable and the pool area is great. Dining with the inclusive meals was excellent. All in all a wonderful place to stay and explore Lake Maggiore, with faultless style and service."

"Great location in Laveno. Our room faced the water and made for great sunsets. Nice bed and bathroom. The staff was pleasant. Parking was easy and we were only a few minutes from town and the ferry. The on-site restaurant is excellent. Breakfast, for a fee, was worth it. "

"Our time was sadly limited at this property and the lake due to a scheduling conflict with a COVID test in Milan before our flight home. However the time we sis spend here was lovely, the bed was so comfortable, and the gentleman was so accommodating to our schedule around the hours of the hotel. We will visit again! "
