This hotel was advertised as having in room carering facilities which it did not. Staff as helpful as could be but had to sort with hotels.com Hotel... out of the way but namesake town good for essentials and nice food. Not a long stay option to us as too small and not worth the money

Nice Hotel and Staff, decent breakfast. Close to motorway and roads into Le Teich and the many little harbours, a nice short drive to DUNE DE PILAT, not for the unfit and faint hearted, its a good workout walking to the top of the dune. Good restaurants all around and one on site.

Off the main road but recommended
Very clean reasonably new, a little remote about 7/8 miles off the main drag to san sebastien but very welcome after the start of a long drive south to portugal. Check in was very quick and there is an excellent restaurant adjacent to the hotel

Comfortable and affordable..
Affordable, clean and comfortable. Bathroom supplies were a nice quality and room was good, as was breakfast. Only negative, the TV wouldn't turn off at night so just unplugged it. Also local motorway roadworks meant that to travel in the direction of Arcachon involved a convoluted detour, completely beyond the hotels control. But a detour map would have been a nice touch..

quiet hotel in Le Teich
quiet hotel, perfect to stop for rest. didn't try the breakfast. room comfortable and clean. accepts dogs and charges 9.90 euros per dog per night, but doesn't provide anything for them, so... what is the charge really for? shops are close by car.

Good, clean hotel
Stayed 3 nights. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. About 15 minutes to center of Arcachon. Gated parking lot. Would stay there again for sure.

Beds very hard with a thin mattress, no aircon allowed until may but the rooms were very warm in April so had to have the windows open so that means mozzys coming in at night. The shower was way to small even for my skinny daughter we had to shower with the door open

For the price, great value
Stayed at this hotel twice before when visiting Arcachon and the surrounding area. Location might not be everyone's cup of tea, but we find it convenient and quiet. Housekeeping on this visit wasn't as good as it has been on past visits. After 2 nights, hope the very large cobweb hanging from bathroom ceiling has been removed! The only other criticism is the charge for our 2 small dogs. It's far too high.

Basic but well located hotel
The hotel is well located right off the interstate but at same time very quiet. We had reserved the family suite which is in fact 2 rooms linked together so this means 2 bathrooms & 2 TVs which is nice when you're traveling with kids. The breakfast in the morning was good and buffet style. Overall a good stay that fits the bill for us.

Car and earplugs absolutely required
Terrible experience. According to hotels.com this hotel is located in the city centre and 500 m from the train station, not so. The hotel is located adjacent to the freeway, outside the town itself on the opposite side of the tracks. Plus, it's 2,5 km to the train station. Not too much fun when you've planned to travel by train and foot. The soundproofing between the rooms is virtually non-existant on top of this. Thankfully a pair of local gendarmes helped us get there and when leaving (a night early) the staff helped us out by driving our bags to the station. But the staff that met us on our arrival were terrible to deal with. They refused to agree that the hotel was wrongly advertised as being located close to the town centre and insisted that is was no more than 1 km to the station, even though I showed them my GPS readings which irrefutably proved them wrong. We had pre-paid for 3 nights but left one day early. That should tell you something.

We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 small spaniels. The rooms were very clean, comfortably furnished, quiet and also provided a black out blind. Very helpful for light sleepers like me. The house keeping team were extremely quiet carrying out their duties while we enjoyed long lies. Breakfast is served until 11 à.m which is great if you are on holiday. The location is quiet and surrounded by wooded areas off the main road, particularly good for dog owners. The staff could not have been more helpful. We couldn't be more satisfied with our stay or the price paiid.
