"Wonderful hotel near Verona city center "

"For me, the staff was very unwelcoming and on one particular occasion after returning from swimming at La Gard, I was stopped by the 4 receptionists at the desk and asked if I had a room key. It was very much so approached in way by the staff as if I didnt look like I belong there. Additionally, I had a late evening check-in and was taking a shower after an 8hr drive when the water just stopped. "Fantastic hotel in an amazing area! Late afternoon I walked up the hill to the castle and walked by peacocks….yep…peacocks!, vineyards, olive trees and horses. The hotel staff were truly wonderful- everyone was friendly and helpful. The restaraunts was delicious. All of the food is locally sourced and our wine was from a vineyard 5 minutes away. Sad we only had a 1 day stay on our way to Venice. On my list to return to this area and would 100% stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our bathroom was dreamy with a classic clawfoot tub and beautiful windows. Water pressure was amazing. Our room overlooked a big persimmon tree. You could also hear church bells and the roosters which made the experience. The staff was incredible and very attentive.
