"Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. I know there are some reviews stating people couldn't check in. We had no issues. We communicated once we landed in Spain our estimated ETA. Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. Olats even went as far as giving us pointers and transportation help to our next destination. The rooms was comfortable and had a wonderful small balcony that we kept open at night for a nice breeze. The room was clean and even had toiletries we forgot. Would highly recommend staying here as the hotel is in a wonderful location and the staff as above and beyond helpful and sweet."

"When we first arrived the reception was welcoming the pool was lovely and relaxing. The food was delicious and the wine very nice. The room was fabulous with spectacular views. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. If we are over that way again I know where I will be staying. I highly recommend it "

"This property is UNSUITABLE for pilgrims, despite its close proximity to the Camino del Norte. There were no washing or drying facilities for clothes beyond ones ability to improvise in the bathroom. The owner was uncontactable and did not respond to my WhatsApp message written in Spanish. They did not have a stamp for my Credencial del Peregrino to record my stay, a necessity to prove having walked the route. There were no cooking facilities beyond a microwave and the restaurant at the hotel next door was closed on the Friday evening of my stay. No other facilities nearby, and so not wanting to walk back to Getaria after a long day, I went hungry."
