"We have stayed here every year for the last 5 years and always enjoy it. However, this year there was no decaffeinated coffee available in the room and I am unable to have caffeine for medical reasons. We stayed Friday and Saturday nights and asked for the coffee but were told to come back to reception later twice. We were then told at about 11pm on Saturday night that the hotel doesn’t have any at the moment. I was a little disappointed with the amount of time it took to be told this. Other...
