"This property is so beautiful and clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. If this is your first time in Venice, please keep in mind that this property is not close to the island. Although transportation is easy and cheap, I would have rather spent that 30ish minutes to Venice in Venice. If you want to stay in a new property and don't mind the commute, this is a great option for the price because when we were looking, all the newer properties in Venice were very expensive. We enjoyed our stay, nothing against the property just letting people know that it's not close if you're just coming here to visit the Islands in Venice."

"Conveniently close to train station. Comfortable bed, great shower. Air conditioning did not seem to be able to handle change to temperature leaving room a bit too warm for me. "

"Perfect location if you plan to spend a day in Venice. The train is across the road. 2 beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean . Staff at the front desk were quick, helpful and friendly"
