"The hotel is in a perfect location on the Rhein and near the Dom and Hauptbahnhof. It is beautifully appointed and has a good restaurant on site. The staff is outstanding and very helpful. We highly recommend it. The only negatives for us were a lack of hot water in our shower in our second room and a cancellation problem because we booked through Hotels.com and missed the cx date."

"This hotel was amazing. The views were great from our room of the Rhine river and Cologne itself. The staff were incredible and so welcoming. The hotel was clean and looks amazing inside and out. The accessibility for wheelchairs is great. Getting to each floor is easy, in room accessibility was great and accessible shower was brilliant. There is a button on the outside of the door near the main entrance where you can press it and someone will come out and meet you and activate the lift for you. The drinks service was also great but can't comment on food as we didn't eat there. "
